Hortus Siccus!

I just completed an exam and I am not in a good mood. I feel that the quality of the exam is tainted by the fact that there are obvious errors on the paper and I did not know whether to correct the data or use it as such in case there was a later question adjusting these errors. Slipshod management!

Well never mind, let's carry on!

Things that I do not understand!

Speed bumps...try going over them in a bus

Width restrictions on roads...as above

Mini roundabouts....as above

Parking cameras and wardens in same location

Things I do like:

Walking in and out of a rain shower in windless conditions. There is a clear edge to the rain fall.

Walking along the river.

Walking through a park in a rainstorm.

Cold nights when you can cuddle up..in my case with three pillows.

A nice cup of tea,,,with three sugars. Is that a problem!

The unemployment figures have risen dramatically again and will, probably, continue to get worse. Will the Minister qualify for a performance bonus?

The banks continue to rip everyone of by making £6 billion on overdrafts and current accounts. Why are they allowed to get away with this, and for so long?

Well we gear up for another season of fantasy financial football....who will be the biggest transfer this season. Who will earn the highest weekly wage...and be worth it!

I, unfortunately, support The Mighty Ipswich Town Football Club, for my sins. But I do remember the glory days of yesteryear! I suppose Spurs fans are pretty much used to this feeling as well. And rightly so, in my humble opinion!

Apparently all we've got to look forward to on TV this weekend is repeats, and more repeats! So what is new about that!
